岗位职责
Role Summary The C&B Senior Specialist will focus on the design, implementation, and optimization of employee benefit programs across our international regions. You will act as the regional subject matter expert, ensuring that our benefit offerings remain market-competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with our global total rewards philosophy. Key Responsibilities ● Regional Benefits Management: Lead the day-to-day administration and lifecycle management of regional benefit programs (including leave programs, health insurance, retirement plans/pension, and wellness initiatives etc). ● Market Intelligence & Compliance: Monitor local statutory requirements and market trends in assigned regions; conduct benchmarking to ensure benefit packages are competitive and compliant. ● Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with regional insurance brokers, benefit providers, and third-party vendors. Oversee service delivery performance and cost efficiency. ● Policy & Process Optimization: Participate in the review and localization of global benefit policies. Streamline operational workflows to improve the employee experience and administrative efficiency.

● Experience: At least 5+ years of relevant experience in C&B, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on regional or global employee benefits management within a multinational corporation (MNC). ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. ● Preferred Background: Prior experience in Tech or HR solution consulting firms is a significant plus. ● Bilingual in English with both proficient written and spoken skills; Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the role will need to coordinate with HQ in China
