Position Overview We are seeking a forward-thinking and globally minded Talent Development expert to design and lead the evolution of our global learning ecosystem, supporting the international expansion. The ideal candidate will be a native or near-native bilingual (Mandarin/English) learning architect with proven experience in building scalable talent development systems for overseas operations. You will drive the design and delivery of high-impact, culturally intelligent programs for global management trainees, expatriates, and localized teams — leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to enhance efficiency and global reach. Key Responsibilities

1. Global Talent System Strategy & Design Partner with business to align talent development with overseas expansion strategies. Design and implement competency framework for high-potential talent, expatriates, and local teams. Lead the end-to-end development of global leadership pipelines, successor programs, and management trainee curricula tailored to diverse international markets.
2. Bilingual Instruction & Cross-Cultural Facilitation Serve as a core internal trainer, delivering engaging, fully bilingual (English/Mandarin) training programs using modern methodologies such as flipped classrooms, case studies, simulations, and workshops. Focus on enhancing cross-cultural communication, global compliance, inclusive leadership and etc. Develop and mentor a network of regional facilitators to scale delivery across geographies.
3. Business Insight & Case Extraction Possess a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to extract impactful cases. This involves immersing oneself in the day-to-day realities of managers and new hires to identify pain points. The role requires synthesizing these insights with organizational goals to develop targeted case studies. These cases are continuously validated and optimized through data (e.g., performance reviews, supervisor feedback, team engagement metrics) and adapted for local contexts across different international regions in partnership with RHR.
4. AI-Enhanced Bilingual Learning Innovation Pioneer the integration of AI learning assistants and digital learning platforms to enable intelligent content recommendation and personalized learning journeys. Orchestrate global talent development initiatives for high-potential employees and successors. Utilize digital platforms and AI analytics to map skills, identify gaps, and recommend personalized learning paths. Establish and maintain a global talent pool database with dynamic tracking of readiness, mobility, and development progress.

Education Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Education, Organizational Psychology, International Business, or a related field. Overseas academic or professional experience is highly preferred. Professional Experience

1. 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development (L&D), or Organization Development (OD) within medium to large multinational organizations.
2. Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing and delivering talent programs for MNC
3. Proven understanding of global business challenges, cross-border team dynamics, and localization strategies. Core Competencies
4. Native or near-native fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken), with the ability to conduct training, develop content, and communicate strategically in both languages.（need to pass EF English Test)
5. Instructional Design Excellence: Strong command of adult learning principles, ADDIE/SAM models, and competency-based curriculum design. Ability to blend traditional pain points in global operations with innovative learning solutions.
6. Cross-Cultural Intelligence: High sensitivity to cultural nuances, with experience facilitating programs across diverse regions.
7. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Skilled in data analysis, project management, and executive communication. Ability to translate insights into actionable learning strategies.
8. Practise in AI tools for learning: Proficient in using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs for content generation, prompt engineering, and quality control. Experience with AI video tools (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen) and e-learning authoring platforms (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate) is a strong plus.
