岗位职责
M&A HR & Portfolio Support • Execute hands-on HR due diligence and Post-Merger Integration (PMI) workstreams across international investment portfolio companies. • Analyze target companies' organizational structures, talent pipelines, employment compliance risks, and operational HR workflows. • Support the implementation of integration roadmaps to align acquired entities with group governance and operational standards. C&B & Equity Operations • Support the design, alignment, and harmonization of total rewards frameworks, retention packages, and broad-based compensation plans. • Apply foundational C&B and equity knowledge to assist in modeling and executing employee incentive programs. • Conduct market benchmark evaluations to align compensation structures across diverse portfolio entities. HR Transformation & Project Execution • Lead and support key workstreams within global or regional HR transformation projects to optimize process efficiency and operational capabilities. • Modernize legacy HR operational workflows, policy frameworks, and digital HR systems/tools. • Drive change management initiatives and clear communication strategies to guide teams through organizational transitions. Business Partnering & Operations • Serve as a dedicated HRBP, managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and advisory support for assigned business units or portfolio assets. • Maintain a structured, patient, and hands-on approach to problem-solving within ambiguous or fast-changing environments. • Ensure full compliance with regional labor laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards across participating jurisdictions.
职位要求
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally combining in-house HRBP/generalist roles with project experience in large enterprises, PE portfolio management, or HR management consulting. • M&A & Project Execution: Demonstrated track record of contributing to HR M&A (due diligence/PMI) and cross-functional HR transformation projects. • Domain Expertise: Sound understanding of core HR generalist operations, C&B principles, broad-based equity incentive concepts, and regional labor practices. • Business Acumen: Solid background as an in-house HRBP with sharp commercial sense and strong stakeholder management capabilities. • Personal Attributes: Patient, detail-oriented, highly hands-on, and resilient when navigating shifting priorities and matrixed cross-functional teams. • Location & Mobility: Based in Hong Kong with the capacity to support multi-market portfolio operations. • Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese is required for regional stakeholder engagement and documentation.
