产品规划与创新： 负责旅游地图核心功能（如地图信息展示及推荐、地图与资源/收藏/加入行程、地图搜索筛选等结合）的规划与设计，持续探索产品创新点以实现用户增长和留存。 用户价值挖掘： 深入理解自由行用户、背包客、自驾游等核心用户在陌生环境下的探索和决策需求，将需求转化为清晰的产品方案和极致的用户体验。 数据驱动决策： 建立并监控产品数据指标体系，通过深度数据分析（如功能渗透率、线路规划成功率、POI点击热力图等）洞察用户行为，指导产品迭代方向。 全流程项目管理： 独立负责产品功能的PRD撰写、原型设计，并驱动UI、开发、测试团队高效协作，确保产品从概念到上线的高质量交付。 跨职能协同： 与运营、市场、数据及商务团队紧密合作，整合内外部资源，共同实现产品的商业价值和用户价值。
职位要求
本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网C端产品经验，有地图、导航、OTA、LBS服务或工具类产品经验者优先。 深度旅游爱好者，对旅游行业有深刻的理解和热情，亲身经历过旅行中地图使用的各种痛点。 强烈的创新意识和驱动能力，认可创新是增长与留存的核心引擎，并能提出具前瞻性和落地性的产品方案。 出色的用户思维和同理心，能精准把握用户场景，对用户体验有极高的追求。 强大的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL、Tableau等数据分析工具，能独立进行数据提取、分析和洞察，并以此驱动决策。 逻辑清晰，沟通能力强，具备出色的项目管理和团队协作能力。 Job Responsibilities Product Planning and Innovation: Responsible for the planning and design of the core functions of the travel map (such as map information display and recommendation, integration of the map with resources/favorites/add to itinerary, map search and filtering, etc.), and continuously exploring product innovation points to achieve user growth and retention. User Value Mining: Deeply understand the exploration and decision-making needs of core users such as independent travelers, backpackers, and self-driving tourists in unfamiliar environments, and transform these needs into clear product solutions and ultimate User Experience. Data-driven decision-making: Establish and monitor the product data indicator system, gain insights into user behavior through in-depth data analysis (such as feature penetration rate, route planning success rate, POI click heat map, etc.), and guide the direction of product iteration. Full-process project management: Independently responsible for writing the PRD and designing prototypes for product features, and driving efficient collaboration among UI, development, and testing teams to ensure high-quality delivery of the product from concept to launch. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, data, and business teams to integrate internal and external resources and jointly achieve the commercial and user value of the product. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in Internet C-end products, and those with experience in map, navigation, OTA, LBS services, or tool products are preferred. A deep travel enthusiast, with profound understanding and passion for the travel industry, has personally experienced various pain points in using maps during travel. Strong innovative awareness and driving ability, recognizing that innovation is the core engine of growth and retention, and capable of proposing forward-looking and implementable product solutions. Excellent user thinking and empathy, can accurately grasp user scenarios, and have extremely high pursuit of User Experience. Strong data analysis capabilities, proficient in using data analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau, able to independently perform data extraction, analysis, and insights, and drive decision-making based on this. Logical thinking, strong communication skills, and excellent project management and teamwork capabilities.
