岗位职责
- Collaborate on product strategic planning, judge market development trends based on market feedback, and output product requirements.
- Have a deep understanding of online and offline channel models.
- Be responsible for the sales operation management throughout the product lifecycle.
- Output corresponding product sales plans for different departments, including new product planning, policy planning, channel strategies, sales rhythms, etc.
- Formulate corresponding sales targets, balance channel demands, regulate market order, and maintain market stability.
- Analyze the causes of changes, plan for the product lifecycle, and control product sales risks.

Possess strong operational planning capabilities, with the ability to formulate and grasp the overall rhythm and direction of retail product launches. Proficient in Office software, with excellent data analysis skills and numerical sensitivity. Demonstrate strong learning abilities, cross-departmental and cross-country communication skills, along with a team-oriented mindset and good communication skills. Result-driven and detail-oriented, with strong pressure resistance and multi-tasking capabilities. Proficient in English, Chinese, and German.
