岗位职责
- Oversee overall achievement of Xiaomi Sales at specific KA Account Channel
- Responsible for overall Sell-In to KA direct channel and Sell-Out Achievement for all categories, mainly Smartphone, TV, and AIoT
- Analyze growth opportunities and perform the improvement to achieve overall sales target by assessing the aspect of retail, stock, people, and promotion
- Collaborate with related Dept. and develop positive cross collaboration to achive sales target
