岗位职责
- According to the overall business policy, management objectives and work plan in this process class, implement specific improvement measures, and track the implementation to ensure that all plans and goals are completed as planned;
- Fully grasp the process situation on the production line, participate in shifts and shifts, and take the initiative to solve existing or possible problems according to the instructions of the process manager and the online abnormalities found by the manufacturing department, deal with abnormal problems of equipment and products, and maintain the stability of the process reduce the product scrap rate;
- Cooperate with the R&D department to evaluate the evaluation of new equipment, and cooperate with the engineers of the R&D department to conduct research and development experiments of new processes according to the guidance of the process manager, so as to prepare for the introduction and mass production of new products and processes in the future;

- Materials, electronics, optics, chemistry, microelectronics, physics and other related majors
- Related work experience in semiconductor
