岗位职责
- Understand the customer's technical requirements
- Create a process flow, and update the newly developed and verified optimized process to the flow in time
- Daily monitoring and control of the key SPC chart, timely optimization to avoid abnormalities
- Bring the lot and be responsible for the normal operation of the lot throughout the process. Any abnormalities need to be dealt with in time to avoid delays and avoid scrap
- At the same time the lot comes out, write a summary report on the lot's process, inline parameters, electrical properties, reliability, and yield.
- Use statistical process management to monitor and improve yield."

- Master's or Doctoral
- Materials, electronics, optics, chemistry, microelectronics, physics and other related majors
- Related work experience in semiconductor R&D
