1. Have a solid understanding of the following two aspects. a) Mathematical programming, including linear programming, integer programming, and quadratic equation programming. b) Combinatorial optimization, including computational complexity, approximation algorithm, and graph algorithm
2. Familiar with at least one mathematical programming solver, such as Gurobi, CPLEX or lp_solve
3. Proficient in one of the following programming languages: Python, Perl or C/C++
4. Sensitive to data, with good logical thinking ability, business understanding ability, communication ability and presentation ability, strong initiative
5. Excellent business understanding and problem analysis capabilities, experience in operational optimization projects in industrial scenarios is preferred
6. Experience in mathematical modeling competitions at home and abroad is preferred
7. Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred
8. An on-site interview is required, and the interview process must include programming tests"

1. Master's or Doctoral
