- Research and develop Desgin Methodology to meet the challenges of mature/advanced process PPA
- Design experience with advanced processes of 14nm and below
- Familiar with tcl/pear scripting language; actual tapeout project is preferred
- Have strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and teamwork ability; pursue excellence and work well under high pressure"
