岗位职责
- Partner Management: Develop, onboard, and manage 3PL partners and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Capacity Management: Drive courier recruitment and capacity development to ensure sufficient delivery supply.
- Performance Management: Monitor key partner KPIs, identify operational gaps, and drive improvements in fulfillment efficiency and service quality.
- Project & Problem Solving: Drive the implementation of key initiatives and coordinate internal and external resources to solve operational issues.
- Core Business Role: Deeply involved in Keeta's delivery and fulfillment operations, with a direct impact on city-level capacity, fulfillment efficiency, and business growth.

职位要求
- At least 3 years of experience in logistics, on-demand delivery, food delivery platforms, or channel management. Experience with leading platforms is preferred.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and partner management skills, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English as a working language. Experience in the Saudi market or proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
