岗位职责
- 通過有效預約，高效線下拜訪等方式，尋找願意與美團外賣合作的餐飲商戶，達成合作協議； Identify potential restaurant partners willing to collaborate with Meituan through efficient offline visits, and reach cooperation agreements.
- 幫助合作餐廳上架線上平台，並培訓餐廳如何經營線上外賣生意； Assist partner restaurants in listing on the online platform and train them on how to manage their online food delivery business.
- 與合作商戶，共同配合，策劃線上營銷活動，並提供專業的外賣運營方案，幫助合作餐廳外賣生意經營得更好； Collaborate with partner merchants to plan online marketing activities and provide professional food delivery operation solutions to help improve their business performance.
- 定期拜訪與維護已合作餐廳的客戶關係，別同各部門解答並處理合作餐廳的日常疑問。 Regularly visit and maintain relationships with partner restaurants, and work with various departments to answer and handle their daily inquiries.
- 善用 AI 工具（如 copilot、ChatGPT 或內部 AI 平台）輔助商戶數據分析、合作方案撰寫和拜訪效率提升，主動推動團隊 AI 工具落地應用。 Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or internal AI platforms) to assist merchant data analysis, proposal drafting, and visit efficiency — and actively promote AI adoption within the team. 加入我們，你將可以參與到美團出海項目，全球化業務的首站建設——香港從0到1的全過程，與香港商戶合作共贏，通過我們共同的努力，服務好香港的用戶。同時，我們有著AI-Native 的工作氛围，注重人机协作效率。 By joining us, you will have the opportunity to participate in Meituan's overseas project, the first step in global business expansion—building from scratch in Hong Kong. 职位要求
- 本科及以上學歷，粵語可作為工作語言，英語具備基礎的讀寫能力，熟練使用辦公軟件； Bachelor's degree or above. Cantonese should be used as a working language. Basic English reading and writing skills are required, and proficiency in software is a must.
- 具備商務談判、市場開拓的能力，善於洞察用戶/客戶的需求，推動商務合作； Ability to conduct business negotiations and market expansion. Good at understanding user/customer needs and driving business cooperation.
- 正直誠信，優秀的溝通能力、執行力、協同能力、團隊合作精神； Integrity, excellent communication skills, execution ability, collaboration skills, and team spirit.
- 具有創業精神，用於接受挑戰，有韌性，長期關注客戶價值； Entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to accept challenges, resilience, and altruism.
- 日常工作安排上，以外勤為主。 Mainly field-based work in daily job arrangements.
- 對 AI 工具有強烈的應用意願，能主動將 AI 工具（如 Copilot、ChatGPT）融入日常商戶拓展工作，並在實踐中推動團隊共同提升效率。 Strong willingness to apply AI tools, actively integrating AI tools (such as Copilot and ChatGPT) into routine merchant expansion work and promoting team-wide efficiency enhancement in practice.
