岗位职责
- 支撑华为某产品领域海外市场拓展所需的各类文档和界面的翻译、审校、语言测试、上机验证、文化适应性改写等工作，保障资料语言文化质量的行业竞争力，保障华为产品用户的资料体验满意度；
- 支撑某产品领域翻译项目的运作和管理，在理解内外部客户的翻译需求基础上，协助协调翻译资源，搭建优质的翻译环境，以支撑按时按质满足客户需求;
- 与 AI 团队配合，开展行业调研、引擎评测等工作，为多语言AI业务提供高质量、可信赖的数据支持，支撑引擎调优。 Job Responsibilities:
- Translate, proofread, test, and adapt documentation/user interfaces for Huawei products in overseas markets, with the goal of ensuring that all content is of industry-leading quality, user-friendly, and culturally appropriate.
- Manage translation projects within a defined product scope, obtaining in-depth insight into customer requirements, and consistently meeting customer needs in a timely manner.
- Provide reliable, high-quality data for the development of multilingual AI by carrying out industry research and testing in collaboration with development teams.
职位要求
- 语言、翻译、语言学、通信工程、计算机科学等本科以上学历； 博士1年以上工作经验，硕士2年以上工作经验，本科3年以上工作经验，条件优秀者可适当放宽；
- 英到某个所列语种（阿语、西语、法语、日语、德语、泰语、巴西葡语、意大利语、波兰语）笔译/本地化技能出色，具有大型项目经验经历者优先考虑；
- 对文化差异有深入的理解，具备良好的跨文化交际能力；
- 学习能力强，人际沟通能力强，服务意识强；
- 对语言有浓厚的兴趣，有志于长期从事语言相关的工作。 Position Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or above in language, linguistics, translation, communications engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Excellent translation and localization skills from English to one of these languages: Arabic, Spanish, French, Japanese, German, Thai, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian or Polish. Experience working on large-scale translation projects (preferred).
- An in-depth understanding of cultural differences and nuances, and ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills, a commitment to quality, and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
- A passion for languages, and interest in pursuing a long-term career in the language services industry.
