- 负责携程线路规划产品的设计和优化,基于用户需求，设计和优化全球用户的线路规划服务，为用户提供个性化、智能化的旅行线路规划，帮助用户实现最佳的出行体验。
- 与AI、数据等跨部门团队协作，推动智能线路规划产品的创新与迭代，借助技术力量打造高效、精准的线路规划工具。
- 优化产品体验,分析用户反馈与市场趋势，不断优化线路规划产品的用户体验，提升产品的市场竞争力和用户满意度。
职位要求
- 热爱旅游，擅长旅行规划, 对旅游有深厚的兴趣，并具备丰富的旅行规划经验，能够为全球用户设计出高效且个性化的旅行线路。
- 5年以上互联网产品经验,能够独立负责产品的全生命周期管理。在数据产品侧有丰富的经验与专长。
- 具备出色的数据分析能力，能够通过数据发现问题，独立思考并提出解决方案，推动方案的落地与实施。
- 具备优秀的沟通和表达能力，能够与技术、市场、运营等团队高效协作，确保产品目标的达成。
- 外语能力与国际化经验（非必备，优先考虑） - 具有国际化视野或外语能力者优先考虑，以更好地服务全球用户。 Job Description:
- Responsible for the design and optimization of Ctrip's itinerary planning products, based on user requests, design and optimize itinerary planning services for global users, provide users with personalized and intelligent travel itinerary planning, and help users achieve the best travel experience.
- Collaborate with XFN teams such as AI and data to drive innovation and iteration of intelligent route planning products, and leverage technological capabilities to create efficient and accurate route planning tools.
- Optimize User Experience, analyze user feedback and market trends, continuously optimize the user experience of the route planning product, and enhance the product's market competitiveness and Customer Satisfaction Score. Qualifications:
- Passionate about traveling, proficient in travel planning, with a deep interest in tourism and extensive experience in travel planning, capable of designing efficient and personalized travel itineraries for global users.
- Over 5 years of experience in internet products, capable of independently managing the full lifecycle of products. Has extensive experience and expertise in data products.
- Possess excellent Data Analysis capabilities, be able to identify issues through Data Discovery, think independently and propose solutions, and drive the implementation and execution of the solutions.
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with teams such as technology, marketing, and operations to ensure the achievement of product goals.
