Supplier Operations Manager (Americas)(MJ034406)

Key Responsibilities

1. Supplier Qualification & Onboarding Define, implement, and continuously optimize supplier qualification and operational readiness standards. Lead supplier onboarding, training, and go live assessments to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational requirements.
2. Supplier Performance & Quality Management Monitor and manage supplier performance through defined KPIs, including fulfillment, service quality, customer feedback, and operational efficiency. Conduct regular performance reviews and drive continuous improvement through structured feedback and improvement plans.
3. Supplier Relationship & Regional Ownership Serve as the primary operational point of contact for suppliers in the Americas region, building stable and scalable partnerships. Perform supplier mapping to assess capabilities, performance potential, and long term fit with regional business needs.
4. Distribution Channel Operations Manage and optimize supplier execution across multiple distribution channels, including online, offline, direct, and emerging channels. Drive sustained growth in channel output by improving product availability, content accuracy, pricing alignment, and operational execution.
5. Issue Resolution & Risk Control Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve supplier related quality, service, or operational issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Monitor operational risks and recurring issues, ensuring stable execution and service continuity.
6. Reporting & Cross Regional Support Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights, supporting data driven operational decisions. Execute other regional or cross market initiatives assigned by the manager, based on business priorities.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Operations Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier operations, partner management, or related roles, preferably within tours, attractions, or leisure industries. Solid understanding of supplier lifecycle management and distribution channel operations. Strong analytical skills with a results oriented mindset. Proven ability to design, execute, and optimize supplier quality and operational processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, cross functional, and international environment. English proficiency at CET 6 level or above.
