岗位职责
- Support customized partnership solutions, covering AIGC, virtual idol marketing, and IP collaboration, to build differentiated global models.
- Research overseas partners (ACG studios, virtual idol MCNs, IP institutions, creators) across Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea; assist outreach, relationship maintenance, and intention docking.
- Participate in full-cycle project execution, including proposal sorting, material prep, communication coordination, progress tracking, documentation, and post-project summaries.
- Collaborate with internal product, operations, and marketing teams to align partner needs, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth delivery. Track global digital entertainment trends, ACG dynamics, competitor strategies, and local cultural traits.
职位要求
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, English, Japanese, Korean, Southeast Asian languages or related; Class of 2026/2027.
- Passionate about ACG, virtual idols, short-video, and global digital entertainment; strong industry awareness.
- Internship in BD, strategic cooperation, marketing, creator ops, IP, or MCN is a plus; no full-time experience required.
- Strong logic, written/verbal communication; able to independently draft business materials and proposals.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, resilient, collaborative; adapts to fast-paced and cross-regional teamwork.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; near-native Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, or other Southeast Asian language is a strong plus.
