- Lead the design and execution of localized user operations, content campaigns, and community activities tailored to Arabic-speaking audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local creators, influencers, and content partners to foster a vibrant and sustainable Arabic content ecosystem on Bilibili.
- Conduct market research to understand regional trends, user behaviors, and cultural nuances, translating insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product features, content guidelines, and community policies resonate with local culture and user expectations.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement across the Arabic-speaking region.
