岗位职责
● 銀行產品開發協調，具備金融基礎產品方案設計及優化能力，以及協調各生態部門，推動產品方案落地交付； ● 負責銀行基礎產品，賬戶、存款、匯款等等方面的產品功能管理和優化，提升用戶體驗，降低客訴。 ● 統籌負責識別、分析和評估來自香港監管機構的合規要求，將監管要求轉化為具體的產品需求，協調技術團隊完成開發和上線。 ● 協助制定和完善內部產品管理辦法和規範文件，協助制定和完善內部產品管理辦法和規範文件，推動產品管理工具和系統的引入和優化 Coordinate banking product development, with capabilities in designing and optimizing foundational financial product solutions, while collaborating across ecosystem departments to drive product implementation and delivery. Manage and optimize core banking product functionalities—including accounts, deposits, remittances, etc.—to enhance user experience and reduce customer complaints. Lead the identification, analysis, and assessment of compliance requirements issued by Hong Kong regulatory authorities; translate these regulatory mandates into concrete product requirements and coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful development and launch. Assist in formulating and refining internal product management policies and standard operating procedures; support the introduction and optimization of product management tools and systems.
职位要求
● 5年以上2C 銀行產品設計與實施經驗， 具有香港本地銀行從業背景、熟悉香港監管框架和要求等工作經驗優先。 ● 熟悉銀行基礎產品流程和產品運作模式。 ● 能獨立撰寫高質量的產品需求文檔，並熟悉銀行產品管理流程及制度。 ● 具備較好的溝通協調能力，善於處理把控跨部門或多邊生產關係的組織與協調能力。 ● 金融、計算機或相關專業的學士或以上學位。 ● 優秀的語言溝通能力，流利的粵語、中文、英文表達，熟練書寫繁體或簡體及英文相關文件。 Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C banking product design and implementation; prior work experience with Hong Kong-based banks and familiarity with the Hong Kong regulatory framework and requirements are highly preferred. Solid understanding of core banking product workflows and operational models. Proven ability to independently produce high-quality Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and thorough knowledge of banking product management processes and governance frameworks. Strong communication and coordination skills, with demonstrated capability in managing cross-functional or multi-stakeholder collaborations effectively. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Excellent language proficiency: fluent spoken and written skills in Cantonese, Mandarin (both Traditional and Simplified Chinese), and English, with the ability to draft professional documentation in all three languages.
