岗位职责

搭建业务核算体系，完善核算运营标准，优化业务核算规则及逻辑，包括不限于：

了解业务和系统，设计支付/金融业务的会计核算方案，推动实现系统化记账。
根据业务产品和内部外核算及报告要求，优化现有核算系统，并推动实现。
业务核算风险管理。 We seek a senior accountant to stablish a business accounting system, improve accounting operation standards, and optimize business accounting rules, including but not limited to:
Understand the business and systems, design accounting solutions for payment/financial operations, and promote the implementation of systematic bookkeeping.
Optimize the existing accounting system based on business products and internal/external accounting and reporting requirements, and drive its implementation.
Business accounting risk management.

职位要求

大学本科及以上学历，5年以上核算/审计等相关工作经验，具有较为全面的金融会计专业知识；大型银行、支付公司业务核算或审计经验优先，具有支付或金融核算IT系统知识经验优先。
具备金融行业知识，熟悉国际业务、支付结算业务领域的优先。
具备较强的学习能力，团队协作能力和沟通能力，清晰的思维逻辑和创新意识，能够主动推动所负责项目的顺利进行。
英语听说读写流利；较强的书面和口头表达能力。
Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting/auditing, possessing comprehensive financial accounting expertise; experience in business accounting or auditing at large banks or payment companies is preferred, and knowledge of payment or financial accounting IT systems is a plus.
Knowledge of the financial industry, with preference given to those familiar with international business, payment, and settlement sectors.
Strong learning ability, teamwork and communication skills, clear logical thinking, and innovative mindset, capable of proactively driving the smooth progress of assigned projects.
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); strong written and verbal communication skills.
