岗位职责
● Responsible for the payment business growth of Singapore as a tourist destination under Alipay+ payment gateway (where the main KPI will be number of active payment users, daily average transactions, total payment value, revenue) ● Develop growth strategies based on in-depth research on global inbound travel market trends, competitor dynamics, and user needs for international travelers, collaborating with stakeholders including global marketing and growth teams, Alipay+ mobile payment partners, key industry merchants, tourism boards, government agencies, and intellectual property (IP) partners. ● Design, execute and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across online/offline channels and within/outside the app (including user acquisition, activation, retention, and major promotions) to strengthen user awareness of Alipay+ payment availability and deals, so as to drive business growth. ● Collaborate with business development team to identify and manage key merchant accounts across different categories (F&B, attractions, retail, etc.) in the market, in order to win trust, establish joint marketing partnerships and drive their publicity and payment volume.

Must-Haves ● Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ● Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or business operations within a consumer internet, fintech, payments, travel, or digital platform company. ● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. Excellent Chinese copywriting and content localisation skills. ● Good understanding of the global digital marketing landscape and consumer behavior, with strong knowledge of the mainland China internet ecosystem, user behavior, social media platforms, and marketing trends. Experience developing marketing strategies across multiple international markets is an advantage. Good-to Haves ● Experience in online-to-offline (O2O), digital payments, fintech, e-commerce, travel, or other consumer internet industries, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, and business growth, is preferred. ● Strategic thinker with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, while remaining hands-on in execution. ● Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities. ● Curious, resilient, proactive, and highly adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure. ● Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and work independently. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional, cross-regional, and external teams, build alignment, and drive execution. ● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency is an advantage.
