岗位职责
- Provide legal support in relation to digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence (AI), software as a service (SaaS) and other cutting-edge technologies, including product development, operations, and global commercialization；
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, offer solutions from legal perspective, draft and review product agreements and other legal documents, as well as participate in negotiations；
- Collaborate with internal key-stakeholders and support global transactions for deployment of various lines of technology products；
- Conduct theoretical and practical research on emerging legal issues related to innovative technologies, such as digitalization, AI and SaaS products；
- Work with internal functions to develop and improve internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and facilitate effective project process advancement.
职位要求
- Qualified to practice law in a common law jurisdiction with at least 6 years of experience, including at a leading international law firm and in-house experience；
- Past work experience as in-house counsel at leading AI/software/tech companies companies will be preferred；
- Team player with a can-do attitude and good communication skills；
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environment and provide pragmatic and considered advice under tight deadline；
- Curiosity for knowledge in and understanding of innovative technologies；
- Ability to manage the balance between risk and business objectives.
