岗位职责
- 负责蚂蚁集团安全科技海外业务ZOLOZ的算法研发、交付和客户支持工作；
- 推进多模态大模型在身份认证，业务风控等场景的产业落地，提升产品可交互性和安全性；
- 设计面向海外客户安全场景的算法解决方案，进行任务拆解和算法模块研发；
- 与产品和解决方案团队密切合作，打造业界领先的AI商业化产品，在行业达到先进水平并对海外客户输出。 ● Responsible for the algorithm research and development, delivery, and customer support for ZOLOZ, the overseas business of Ant Group's security technology； ● Explore the transformative changes and enhanced security that multimodal large models can bring to identity verification and risk management； ● Design algorithmic solutions for security scenarios targeting overseas customers, including task breakdown and the development of algorithm modules； ● Closely collaborate with product and solution teams to develop industry-leading AI commercial products, achieving advanced levels in the industry and delivering these to overseas customers.
职位要求
- 在机器学习/人工智能有丰富的经验和背景，有良好的学术基础和科研创造力，计算机视觉、风控建模（Graph, NLP）方向优先，多模态大模方向优先；
- 有算法工程落地经验，主导或者参与算法工业落地产品或项目，有大模型产业落地经验，熟练掌握相关编程平台，比如 PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras 等；
- 在CS, CE等相关学科硕士学位以上，有博士学位或者顶会顶刊发表文章者优先；
- 良好的沟通能力、跨团队或跨部门项目协作和推动能力，有To B商业化或者英语熟练者优先。
- Possesses extensive experience and a strong background in machine learning/artificial intelligence, with a solid academic foundation and research creativity. Priority is given to those with expertise in computer vision, risk control modeling (Graph, NLP), and multi-modal large models；
- Has practical experience in algorithm engineering, leading or participating in the industrial implementation of algorithmic products or projects, experienced with large language model implementations. Proficient in relevant programming platforms such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, etc；
- Holds at least a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. A Ph.D. or publications in top-tier conferences/journals are preferred；
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate and drive cross-team or cross-departmental projects. Preference will be given to candidates with B2B commercialization experience or fluency in English.
