岗位职责
- 手机/Pad等产品国际市场计划制定：拉通区域，总部GTM/供应链等部门，制定相应产品年度/季度需求计划并进行滚动预测，确保本地库存水位的合理性。
- 供需管理：与区域/总部供应链拉通，协调处理供需问题，确保负责区域各产品的供需节奏平衡；
- 区域需求分析：负责特定区域市场的需求分析，作为区域和总部的计划接口，定期跟踪区域对应产品的交付节奏，同时根据总部整体策略，输出总部计划建议，为区域计划端口提供供应输入。
- International Market Planning for Mobile Phones/Tablets and Other Products:Align regional and headquarters teams (GTM/Supply Chain, etc.) to develop annual/quarterly demand plans and rolling forecasts for relevant products, ensuring rational local inventory levels.
- Supply-Demand Management:Collaborate with regional/headquarters supply chain teams to address supply-demand issues and maintain equilibrium in supply-demand cadence across responsible regions.
- Regional Demand Analysis: Conduct market-specific demand analysis for assigned regions, acting as the planning interface between regions and headquarters. Regularly monitor regional product delivery cadence, propose strategic planning recommendations aligned with headquarters priorities, and provide supply input to regional planning teams.
职位要求
- 本科及以上及以上学历，有手机等电子消费品公司实习经验优先；
- 韩语和中文能作为工作语言。
- 有较强的学习能力、掌握基本的数据分析思维和工具。
- 具备较强的逻辑思维能力，工作细致，有较强的跨部门协调能力；
- 对科技产品有浓厚的兴趣。
- Bachelor's degree or higher. Prior internship experience at consumer electronics companies (e.g., smartphone industry) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Korean and Chinese as working languages.
- Strong learning agility with basic familiarity with data analysis methodologies and tools.
- Excellent logical thinking skills, detail-oriented work ethic, and strong cross-departmental coordination capabilities.
