岗位职责
- Plan Compilation Assistance: Assist planners in collecting sales forecasts and production requirements, compile and participate in developing weekly/monthly production plans and Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
- Material & Inventory Tracking: Track arrival progress of key components and safety stock levels, identify potential material shortage risks, and issue timely alerts.
- Inventory Structure Optimization: Assist in analyzing slow-moving materials and inventory turnover rates, participate in inventory audits and optimization analysis.
- Supplier Delivery Coordination: Assist in liaising with component suppliers, follow up on order confirmations and delivery plan execution, and provide basic supplier delivery performance data.
职位要求
- Education: 2026/2027 fresh graduate, Bachelor's degree or above. Preferred majors include Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or related fields.
- Core Skills: Strong logical thinking, proficient in Excel data analysis, with foundational theoretical knowledge of MRP/ERP principles.
- General Competencies:
- Rigorous mathematical logic with analytical and forecasting capabilities; sensitive to numerical changes
- Excellent risk anticipation and adaptability; able to calmly formulate solutions for unexpected material shortages
- Strong willingness for cross-department communication, able to smoothly coordinate with procurement, production, warehousing, and other departments
