岗位职责
- Responsible for the whole process of Indonesia after-sales spare parts supply, including spare parts calculation, import, warehousing management, logistics transportation, logistics distribution ,and the return and handling of defective items.
- Ensure the timely supply of spare parts to meet the maintenance time requirements of the after-sales service center
- Reduce cost and increase efficiency, and reduce abnormal business such as refund and replacement caused by shortage of spare parts
职位要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Statistics, or related fields are preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in spare parts operations, supply chain planning, or inventory management within the mobile phone or consumer electronics sectors, including a minimum of 2 years in team management or independent ownership of relevant business functions.
- Strong capabilities in cross-departmental communication, supply coordination, and problem-solving; ability to drive the resolution of issues regarding parts shortages, delivery delays, and inventory anomalies through to closure.
