岗位职责
-End-to-End Order Delivery Execution: Oversee the full delivery cycle for white goods (air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, TVs, and other large appliances) — from order matching, payment confirmation, warehouse dispatch to final-mile delivery — ensuring orders are delivered on time and accurately to end customers. -Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Warehousing & Logistics, and Sales Planning departments to streamline order flow, resolve delivery exceptions, and continuously optimize the end-to-end delivery experience. -Logistics Provider Management: Manage local third-party logistics providers, define delivery standards and SLAs, monitor KPIs including on-time delivery rate, damage rate, and customer complaint rate, and drive continuous improvement in service quality. -Inventory & PSI Management: Manage local warehouse product supply and inventory (PSI), optimize stock levels, coordinate supply-demand balance, and minimize both stockouts and dead stock risks. -Load Factor & Cost Optimization: Monitor delivery load rates, analyze the impact of address dispersion on logistics costs, and drive consolidated delivery and route optimization initiatives. -Data Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Produce regular delivery KPI reports (on-time delivery rate, load factor, exception rate, etc.) to support management decision-making and identify bottlenecks for process optimization.
职位要求
-Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields. -5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management; experience in large appliance / white goods delivery is mandatory. -Working experience in Southeast Asia markets is preferred; familiarity with local logistics systems and regulatory requirements. -Excellent organizational, coordination, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain high execution standards. -Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; proficiency in English is required. -Solid understanding of supply chain-related regulations, standards, and industry best practices. -Data-driven mindset; proficient in Excel and data analysis tools for business analysis.
