岗位职责
- Partner with business leaders to support daily HR operations and people strategy.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with regional and HQ teams on HR-related projects.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Hungarian labor regulations.
职位要求
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- 3–5 years of HRBP or related HR experience;
- Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment;
- Fluent in English, Chinese language skills is a plus;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Familiar with Hungarian labor law and local HR practices
- Preferred: Experience in tech, retail, or consumer electronics industry (3C) is preferred
