岗位职责
- Partner with business leaders to support daily HR operations and people strategy；
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and talent development；
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities；
- Coordinate with regional and HQ teams on HR-related projects；
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labor regulations.
职位要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above；
- At least 5 years of HRBP or related HR experience；
- Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment;
- Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Familiar with Romanian labor law and local HR practices;
- Preferred:Experience in tech, retail, or consumer electronics industry is preferred.
