岗位职责
- Provide legal advice and handle legal matters in Malaysia (MY) and Singapore (SG) relating to sales, marketing, aftersales operation, logistic, product compliances, HR, admin and internal support functions.
- Research and advise on laws and regulations which may impact on Xiaomi MY, SG business.
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts in MY, SG.
- Review marketing material and retail marketing campaigns in MY, SG.
- Communicate and liaise with regulatory and/or local authorities in MY, SG.
- Handle legal disputes and consumer claims, including manage external counsels.
职位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited university.
- Qualified lawyer with at least 4 - 6 years PQE in Malaysia.
- Good oral and written communication skills, in English and Chinese, cross-cultural skills and interpersonal skills. Experience working with stakeholders across all levels of organization.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work in an unstructured working environment.
- Capable to multitask, prioritize and handle tight deadlines.
- Capable to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
