岗位职责
- Responsible for global payroll daily operations, ensure high accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct payroll operation but no limited to monthly payroll report check, monthly payroll movements data collection and check, handle monthly payroll related payments.
- Collaborate closely with payroll vendors to ensure high quality service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Finance and Treasury team to ensure smooth operation in accrual, vendor payment, etc.
- Support payroll projects.
职位要求
- Human Resource Management Major and related, with bachelor degree or above.
- 3-5 years relevant HR payroll/C&B working experience in big multinational company or payroll vendor.
- Strong communication skills and able to manage multiple tasks; Detail and result-oriented.
- Fluent English in written and spoken is a must.
- Preferred global payroll experience of oversea countries.
