岗位职责
- Ensure all registration-relevant documents are prepared, checked and delivered to customers, partners or authorities on time. - Coordinate national type approval requirements and ensure homologation data is accurate, complete and available for German registration processes. - Manage the availability, correctness and operational use of XML files required for vehicle registration. - Support registration processes for fleet vehicles, internal vehicles, demo vehicles and other company-related vehicle use cases. - Manage deregistration workflows for returned vehicles, cancellations, buybacks or other return scenarios. - Build and improve processes with printing providers, registration service providers, online registration platforms and other external partners. - Track registration readiness, identify missing documents, data issues or process blockers, and drive timely resolution. - Maintain accurate registration, documentation, homologation and vehicle status data in the relevant systems. - Support continuous process improvements to reduce manual work, registration delays, documentation errors and repeated escalations.
职位要求
- Experience in vehicle registration, homologation operations, automotive administration, market operations, fleet operations or a similar role. - Good understanding of German vehicle registration processes, documentation requirements or type approval workflows. - Experience working with registration providers, printing providers, authorities, fleet processes or online registration solutions is an advantage. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documents, data and compliance-sensitive workflows accurately. - Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and resolve operational blockers in a structured way. - Good process mindset with the ability to identify gaps, document workflows and improve operational standards. - Confident using systems, data files, documentation tools and MS Office applications. - Clear and professional communication with internal teams, customers, authorities and external partners. - Fluent German and good English; valid driver’s license is an advantage.
