We are looking for extremely talented designers to join our Munich, Beijing and Shenzhen teams. Applicants must have at least 5 years experience in a the areas of Car and Car Interior, Smartphone or Robot Design in a leading UK, European or North American company or studio. At Xiaomi you must be able to: Think: Research innovative ideas Create strategic approaches Articulate ideas in a compelling way Create: Rapid concept generation 3D modelling and rendering Prototyping and mockup making Realise: Work with project teams Manage engineering data Understand manufacturing
