岗位职责
- Build multi-dimensional business metrics (user, traffic, conversion, revenue), define North Star metric, and deliver dashboards/reports covering 80% of daily data needs.
- Monitor core data daily, conduct anomaly analysis, and establish intelligent monitoring frameworks to quickly identify issues.
- Support strategy design for user acquisition and engagement by quantifying user behaviors and identifying key growth opportunities.
- Optimize app features and traffic funnels through A/B testing to enhance overall user lifetime value (LTV).
职位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience, as a Senior Data Analyst or similar capacity.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and databases such as SQL, Python, Power BI ,Quick BI, etc.
- Strong knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and write comprehensive reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to engage key stakeholders across different markets.
