岗位职责
- 产品解决方案设计 — 深入理解公司业务需求，结合 Redis、MySQL、TiDB、MongoDB 等多种存储数据库技术特点，主导设计高可用、高性能、可扩展的存储数据库产品解决方案，推动业务与技术深度融合。
- 平台研发与优化 — 牵头存储数据库 DevOps 提效工作，推动实现存储数据库资源自动化部署、智能监控、故障自愈等功能，推动团队向现代化 DevOps 文化与平台化运营转型。
- 横向项目落地 — 作为项目负责人，统筹协调跨部门资源，制定项目计划与技术方案，确保重大横向项目按时高质量完成。
- 技术研究与创新 — 跟踪存储数据库领域前沿技术动态，探索新技术在公司业务场景的应用可行性，主导技术预研与 PoC 验证，为公司技术发展提供前瞻性建议。
- 团队协作与知识共享 — 与业务部门、开发团队紧密沟通协作，提供专业的技术支持与咨询服务；组织内部技术培训与分享，提升团队整体技术水平。
- Product Solution Design — Gain a deep understanding of business requirements and leverage Redis, MySQL, TiDB, MongoDB, and other storage technologies to lead the design of highly available, high-performance, and scalable storage/database solutions that bridge business needs with technology.
- Platform Development & Optimization — Lead DevOps efficiency initiatives for storage and databases; drive automated deployment, intelligent monitoring, and self-healing capabilities; advance the team toward a modern DevOps culture and platform-driven operations.
- Cross-functional Initiative Delivery — Act as project owner to coordinate cross-departmental resources, define project plans and technical approaches, and ensure major cross-functional initiatives are delivered on time and at high quality.
- Technical Research & Innovation — Track cutting-edge developments in the storage/database space; explore new technology applicability for internal business scenarios; lead technical pre-research and PoC validation; provide forward-looking recommendations for the company's technical roadmap.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing — Work closely with business and engineering teams to provide technical support and consulting; organize internal technical training and sharing sessions to elevate team-wide technical expertise.
职位要求
- 专业技能 — 精通 Redis/Tair、MySQL、TiDB、MongoDB、S3 兼容对象存储、图数据库（如 Nebula）等至少一种以上存储数据库技术，熟悉其架构原理、性能优化、事务管理与高可用方案。
- 研发能力 — 具备扎实的软件开发经验，熟练掌握 Python、Go、Java 中至少一种编程语言；有存储数据库管理平台、中间件或相关系统研发经验者优先。
- 业务洞察力 — 能够快速理解业务需求并将其转化为技术解决方案；有跨行业存储数据库应用经验者优先。
- 项目管理能力 — 具备独立牵头重大横向项目的能力，能够制定项目计划、把控进度、协调各方资源，确保项目顺利交付。
- 沟通与协作 — 具有良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神，能够与不同部门、不同层级人员高效沟通；具备较强的抗压能力与问题解决能力；中英文流利。
- 学习与创新 — 对新技术充满热情，具备快速学习能力与创新意识；有开源项目贡献经验或技术专利者优先。
- Technical Skills — Strong hands-on experience in at least one of: Redis/Tair, MySQL, TiDB, MongoDB, S3-compatible object storage, graph databases (e.g., Nebula); solid understanding of architecture principles, performance optimization, transaction management, and high-availability solutions.
- Development Skills — Solid software development background; proficient in at least one of Python, Go, or Java; experience building storage/database management platforms, middleware, or related systems preferred.
- Business Acumen — Ability to quickly translate business requirements into technical solutions; cross-industry storage/database application experience preferred.
- Project Management — Proven ability to independently lead major cross-functional projects; capable of defining plans, tracking progress, and coordinating resources for successful delivery.
- Communication & Collaboration — Excellent communication skills; effective at working across teams and organizational levels; strong adaptability and problem-solving skills; fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Learning & Innovation — Passionate about new technologies; fast learner with an innovative mindset; open-source contributions or technical patents a plus.
