What the Role Entails Tencent Cloud is seeking an AI Product Solution Architect to drive business growth and technical solution consulting across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, this hybrid role combines business development, solution architecture, and customer success to accelerate the adoption of Tencent Cloud’s AI product portfolio, including eKYC, Palm Verification, and Agent Development Platform (ADP). You will work closely with enterprise customers, ecosystem partners, and internal cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, design end-to-end AI solutions, and ensure successful implementation across diverse industries. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with hands-on technical consulting experience and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Responsibilities Develop and expand enterprise business opportunities across Singapore and Southeast Asia by engaging customers in industries such as government, financial services, telecommunications, retail, and tech, while building strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers Own the end-to-end business development lifecycle, including opportunity identification, customer discovery, solution positioning, commercial proposal development, contract negotiation, pipeline management, and deal closure to achieve business growth targets Build and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, ISVs, consulting firms, AI startups, and other ecosystem partners to expand Tencent Cloud’s AI business across the region Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions by leveraging Tencent Cloud’s AI product portfolio, leading technical workshops, Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), architecture reviews, and technical responses for enterprise projects and tenders Support project implementation and customer success by ensuring solutions are successfully deployed within local regulatory, compliance, networking, and data sovereignty requirements, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Monitor AI technology trends, competitive landscape, and regional regulatory developments across Southeast Asia, contributing market insights, industry best practices, and customer feedback to support product evolution and go-to-market strategy Who We Look For Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline; familiarity with cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, large language models, AI agents, computer vision, or biometric technologies is highly preferred 5 years of experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales within cloud computing, AI, SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software industries Demonstrated experience managing the complete enterprise sales cycle, with strong pipeline management, forecasting, commercial negotiation, and enterprise account development capabilities; familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger Sale is advantageous Strong technical consulting capability with experience designing enterprise cloud or AI solutions, conducting Proof-of-Concepts, responding to RFPs, and supporting complex solution architecture discussions Good understanding of enterprise procurement processes, contract management, data privacy regulations, and localized solution delivery requirements across international markets Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences Excellent written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is required as approximately 50% of the role involves collaborating with China headquarters and clients on business discussions, meetings, and documentation.
