Senior Product Manager, Utility Apps — Global Markets

Business Unit Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses. What the Role Entails PC Manager and Mobile Manager are among the most widely used utility apps in China, covering device cleaning, security protection, system optimization, and productivity tools. We are expanding our PC and mobile utility product portfolio into global markets and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can define where we play and how we win. You will own the product roadmap across multiple geographies, drive AI-powered feature innovation, and build the metrics framework that connects user experience to commercial outcomes. This role demands equal parts strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and comfort with ambiguity in emerging markets.Own the product roadmap and release cycle for our global utility app portfolio, with direct accountability for user growth and revenue across Southeast Asia, LATAM, MENA, Europe, and North America. Lead market and competitive research in key geographies — analyzing user needs, store and platform policies, and competitor positioning — to define market-entry and product differentiation strategies. Drive AI integration across our utility product suite: identify high-impact use cases for LLMs, multimodal models, and on-device AI, scope the experience, and shepherd features from concept to launch. Build and own the product measurement framework, using core metrics such as retention, conversion, and ARPU to make rigorous, data-driven decisions on both user experience and monetization. Lead cross-functional execution — breaking complex, ambiguous problems into actionable plans, aligning engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams, and delivering measurable outcomes on tight iteration cycles. Who We Look For Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of consumer product management experience; prior experience with utility or tool apps is a strong plus. Strong working knowledge of international markets with hands-on experience taking a product from 0 to 1, or scaling one through a high-growth phase in at least one overseas geography. A pragmatic, execution-oriented understanding of AI capabilities, you can connect LLMs, multimodal models, and on-device inference to real product use cases and ship them. Sharp analytical skills with the ability to independently go from raw data to insight to a shipped product change, using modern analytics and experimentation tooling. Results-driven and comfortable with ambiguity — you test fast, learn fast, iterate fast, and have a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
