Responsibilities Support the operations of our overseas Ad Network by developing monetization strategies, delivering industry solutions, and partnering with the business team to expand advertiser adoption and drive revenue growth. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Business teams, to translate market feedback into product improvements and operational strategies. Conduct market and performance analysis on advertising campaigns to identify optimization opportunities, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making for advertiser success. Assist in the rollout and iteration of advertising products and systems, monitor performance metrics, and support the continuous optimization of operational workflows and client service efficiency. Who We Look For Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Media, Data Science, or other quantitative-related fields. Proficient in SQL, Excel-based modelling, and data visualization tools. Passionate about global advertising monetization and the digital advertising ecosystem. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong sense of ownership, customer-oriented mindset, and integrity. Fast learner and effective team player with excellent communication skills. Require bilingual proficiency as of communications with global and HQ teams are conducted in both English and Mandarin.
