Responsibilities Support data analysis for our overseas Ad Network to identify optimization opportunities and enhance campaign performance through industry insights and data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with Data Science and Algorithms teams to design and validate advertising strategies, refine analysis methodologies and strategic tools to improve bidding, targeting, and pacing models. Drive the full product development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, cross-functional coordination, and tracking progress from evaluation and development to launch and post-launch performance reviews. Explore and implement AI agents and automated analysis tools to streamline data workflows and improve the efficiency of data analysis and strategic decision-making. Who We Look For Requirements Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation in 2027. Proficiency in SQL and Python (knowledge of C/C++/Go is a plus). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong sense of ownership, customer-oriented mindset, and integrity. Fast learner and effective team player with excellent communication skills. Prior internship or work experience in the tech or internet industry is preferred. Require bilingual proficiency as of communications with global and HQ teams are conducted in both English and Mandarin.
