岗位职责
- Utilize proprietary and third-party data sources to conduct market analysis, investment research on global VC, PE and other alternative assets.
- As a deal leader, ability to conduct due diligence, track record analysis, investment analysis report to support fund investment decisions.
- Monitor GP performance by reviewing and analyzing quarterly reports and annual meeting materials.
- Support or lead senior members on relationship management with worldwide leading GPs.
职位要求
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree from world leading universities.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in fund investment, private equity, investment banking in a leading firm.
- Excellent research, analysis, financial modeling and valuation skills, due diligence experience. Past deal leading experience is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Demonstrates ownership of tasks and team player.
- Strong written and communication skills, both in Chinese and in English.
- A high degree of professionalism and work integrity and positive attitude.
