岗位职责
解决方案设计与开发：
- 深入分析客户需求（技术参数、应用场景、政策法规、经济性等），独立或主导完成储能系统（包括电池系统、PCS、BMS、EMS、温控、消防等）的集成方案设计、电气图纸绘制、设备选型与清单制定。
- 针对不同应用场景（如调峰调频、后备电源、微电网、光储充一体化等）进行储能系统建模、容量配置、运行策略模拟及经济性分析（LCOS，投资回报率等）。
- 编写详细、专业的技术方案书、投标文件技术部分、产品白皮书及相关技术文档。 技术支持与客户对接：
- 为销售团队提供前置技术支持，参与客户技术交流，宣讲解决方案，解答客户技术疑问。
- 主导或参与项目前期技术勘测、可行性分析及需求确认。
- 协助完成项目投标过程中的技术澄清、答疑问及述标工作。
- 为内部项目执行团队提供技术交底和支持。 技术研究与市场洞察：
- 跟踪国内外储能技术发展趋势、标准规范、电网政策及市场动态。
- 分析竞争对手产品与解决方案，提炼自身技术优势与差异化特点。
- 参与新产品、新技术的需求输入和方案论证，从解决方案角度提出产品改进或开发建议。 跨部门协作：
- 与产品经理协作，将市场需求转化为产品定义和功能需求。
- 与研发团队协作，确保解决方案的技术可行性与先进性。
- 与项目交付团队协作，确保设计方案的可实施性，协助解决实施过程中的技术问题。 Job Responsibility:
- Solution Design & Development - Analyze customer requirements, independently/lead the design of energy storage system integration, electrical drawing, equipment selection and BOM formulation. - Complete system modeling, capacity configuration, operation simulation and economic analysis for various application scenarios. - Compile technical proposals, bidding technical documents, product white papers and other related technical documents.
- Technical Support & Customer Engagement - Provide pre-sales technical support for the sales team, participate in customer communication and answer technical questions. - Participate in pre-project surveys, feasibility analysis and requirement confirmation; assist in technical clarification and bid presentation during bidding. - Provide technical disclosure and support to the internal project execution team.
- Technical Research & Market Insights - Track energy storage technology, standards, power grid policies and market dynamics. - Analyze competitors, refine technical advantages and provide suggestions for new products and technologies.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration - Collaborate with product, R&D and project delivery teams to ensure the feasibility, advancement and implementability of solutions, and assist in solving technical problems during implementation.
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历，电气工程、新能源科学与工程、储能科学与工程、自动化等相关专业。
- 3年及以上储能系统（大储/工商储）售前技术支持、解决方案相关工作经验，有大型储能项目方案设计经验者优先。
- 熟练掌握储能系统（电池、PCS、BMS、EMS等）工作原理。
- 熟悉储能行业相关标准、电网政策，了解行业技术发展趋势。
- 英语可作为工作语言，具备较强的客户沟通、技术宣讲及问题解决能力，能独立完成技术对接工作。
- 具备良好的跨部门协作意识、逻辑思维和文档撰写能力，工作严谨负责。 能适应一定的出差，具备团队协作精神和抗压能力。 Core Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, New Energy Science and Engineering, Energy Storage Science and Engineering, Automation or related majors.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in pre-sales technical support and solutions for energy storage systems (large-scale energy storage/commercial and industrial energy storage); experience in large-scale energy storage project solution design is preferred.
- Proficient in the working principle of energy storage systems (battery, PCS, BMS, EMS, etc.).
- Familiar with relevant standards and power grid policies in the energy storage industry, and understand the development trend of industry technology.
- English as working language; Strong customer communication, technical presentation and problem-solving abilities, able to independently complete technical docking work.
- Good cross-departmental collaboration awareness, logical thinking and document writing ability, and be rigorous and responsible in work.
- Able to adapt to certain business trips, with team spirit and pressure resistance.
