岗位职责
Responsibilities: 1, Focus on international regulatory compliance and related matters. 2, Provide support to cross-functional teams and engage with different compliance work streams, from internal reviews to external engagement. 3, Support business operations through research, drafting correspondence, and project management related to ongoing compliance initiatives. 4, Complete all tasks with integrity and a high degree of responsibility. 5, Assist in handling global compliance matters, litigations and dispute resolution related to the business. 6, Support senior counsels in addressing inquiries, investigations, and complaints from overseas regulatory agencies. 7, Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, providing risk assessments, and offering legal advice to support business growth. 8, Perform other tasks as assigned by senior team members.

Job Requirements: 1, Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) preferred. 2, 1–2 years of experience working in a law firm. 3, A strong passion for law, excellent analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit. 3, Proficiency in English, with the ability to handle legal matters in English. 4, Strong personal integrity and professional ethics.
