TPM工程师

本科及以上 Bachelor degree or above 具备2年以上车企或大型制造企业从事TPM推行或精益生产(革新)相关工作 Have more than 2 years of foreign capital or large manufacturing enterprises engaged in TPM implementation or lean production(innovation) related work.

1. 熟悉：5S、TPM等精益生产专业知识，熟悉TPM推行的步骤和方法，
2. Familiarity: 5S, TPM and other lean production expertise, familiar with the steps and methods of TPM implementation；
3. 熟悉精益生产方法和工具，并灵活运用；
4. The use of lean production methods and tools；
5. 了解质量管理体系基础知识，锂电池工艺基础知识优先。
6. Understand the basic knowledge of the quality management system, and the basic knowledge of the lithium battery process is preferred.
7. 拥有良好的沟通能力和技巧，逻辑清晰，有较好的表达能力；
8. Have good communication skills and skills, Logical and clear, with good expression ability
9. 理解5S和OEE等相关概念，灵活运用到实际工作中；
10. Understand 5S and OEE related concepts, and flexibly apply them to practical work
11. 办公软件熟练使用，良好的数据梳理和报告整理能力。
12. Office software proficiency, good data combing and report collation skills.
