5. 熟练DMAIC、8D、5W2H等问题分析工具;

7. 熟悉 IATF16949五大工具;（APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、FMEA）

9. 熟练使用office、 QMS、WMS等办公软件，Minitab等数据分析处理软件;

11. 掌握运用6sigma、精益生产、项目管理等工具。
12. Master the use of tools such as 6sigma, lean production, and project management.
13. 英语能力：良好的听说读写能力，可以进行日常交流。
