岗位职责
Poizon's HR Legal Team is seeking a motivated, bilingual (English/Mandarin) attorney/legal cousel with international employment law experience to join its Legal Department. The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Support HR team on international employment issues across the Asia Pacific, the Europe and the United States, including establishing HR compliance system, dealing with ER cases, etc.
- Draft, review and revise documentations relating to employement matters.
- Provide risk assesments and legal advise on overseas employment-related issues.
- Deal with employment-related contentious matters (domestice and overseas).
- Contact and manage outside employment counsel or lawyers.
职位要求
- Bachelor's degree or above, JD/LLM preferred, US Bar (or equivalent) preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience practicing international employment laws in a large law firm or in-house legal department.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; exceptional business judgment, with the ability to think strategically and give practical advice by balancing business needs with legal risks.
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with, and gain the respect of, stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and to multi-task under pressure in an intense, fast-paced work environment.
- Fluent reading and written English skills.
