岗位职责
- 基线问题解决与管理：Operation baseline problem analysis and collaborate with internal and external departments to solve and achieve Fab Quality goals；
- Inline drift prevention：Enhance the Fab module and YI/PI mutual collaboration. Inline monitoring skill enhancement for Quality improve and yield loss reduction；
- Strategic Planning：Propose strategize equipment layout to meet A1 Fab Expansion goal.
职位要求
- 教育背景与专业知识：Graduated from Engineering Major with Bachelor or above degree；
- 行业与专业经验：5 years' and above experience of semiconductor industry；
- 其他要求：Has the deep understanding the semiconductor manufacturing operations across various departments and working levels；Strong communication, collaboration, driving skills and commitments towards final success；Open minded and willingness on new learnings.
