岗位职责
- Lead the Etch engineering team to improve product quality and production efficiency in the Etch area;
- Communicated and coordinated R&D and mass production to maximize the company's technology application and cost advantage;
- Manage the evaluation and implementation of Etch processes/equipments;
- New technology reception, process improvement and mass production of the Etch process;
- Establish core team & cultivate key position talents of Etch department.
职位要求
- Bachelor & Above, >10years experience;
- Rich experience in semiconductor Etch industry, and relevant team management experience is required;
- Excellent efficiency/productivity enhancement and technical/team leadership;
- Excellent problem analysis and solving skills;
- Excellent cross- functional communication and team working ability;
- Demonstrate excellent risk awareness, understanding and avoidance skills on key decisions;
- Multi-project management ability, goal-driven, result-oriented.
