岗位职责
- Lead and control key litho metrology related technical project progress and meet PI/modules’ demands；
- Lead team-experts to study more useful and better CoO tool model or tool type to make litho metrology measurement more efficiency；
- Take ownership to maximize production line capacity on Litho MET related portions；
- Oversee recruits training program and progress；
- Align with stakeholders about litho metrology related measurement to adjust sampling scenario more effectively.
职位要求
- Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Material, Chemical Engineering, Electric Engineering, or Physics;
- With semiconductor experiences > 10 years,Litho metrology related background,With semiconductor FAB management experiences > = 3 years;
- Familiar with variety of metrology tools, like THK, MPG, OCD, AFM, PWG,XRF, XRR, XPS, TXRF, ThermaWave, RS...;
- Familiar with Metrology tool's data delivering mechanism;
- Familiar with DRAM related concepts
- Familar with MSA and quality control methodology.
