Responsibilities： Conduct in-depth qualitative market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics. Evaluate new initiatives and strategic opportunities to drive business growth and enhance market positioning. Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Integrate onsite and offsite marketing resources to boost campaign traffic and uplift order conversion. Partner with cross-functional teams such as product, creative, sourcing to maximize quality, impact and efficiency for all campaign efforts Reporting on campaign progress and making adjustments to ensure their success. Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary. Requirements： Master degree or 5 years’ working experience or above. Excellent written and oral language skills in both English and Mandarin Proficient in managing event operations for at least a million users. Successful order growth case in campaign planning Possess strong abilities in market analysis, marketing, planning, promotion, negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving, with ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous deadlines Strong rational and logical thinking Proactive in detecting growth opportunities and pain points and be able to push things forward Experience in e-commerce platform or travel industry is highly preferred
