Responsibilities职责:
- Help market managers to develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant support services to chain hotel partners 通过为连锁酒店合作伙伴提供相关支持服务，协助市场业务经理建立并维护稳固的合作伙伴关系
- Ensure the chain hotel partners' product (content, rates, and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive on the Trip.com sites by operating Trip.com’s internal portals to maximize customer experience 通过运营Trip.com内部门户系统，持续优化连锁酒店合作伙伴的产品（内容、价格及房态），确保在Trip.com平台保持竞争力，最大化客户体验
- Conduct the basic communication with chain hotel partners to ensure the smooth business cooperation 与连锁酒店合作伙伴保持基础沟通，确保业务合作顺畅开展
- Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals, and strategic objectives) set by Trip.com Group Management 高效执行Trip.com集团管理层制定的KPI指标（任务目标与战略规划）
- Responsible for global accommodation operations, including but not limited to communicate with the frontline teams, coordinating and solving various demands 负责全球住宿业务运营，包括但不限于与一线团队沟通对接、协调解决各类需求
- Track project progress and collaborate with cross-teams such as product, R&D, data, service and connectivity teams to promote the projects progress 跟踪项目进度，与产品、研发、数据、服务及系统对接等跨部门团队协作推进项目
- Develop, maintain and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and improve effectiveness and efficiency 制定、维护并优化标准操作流程(SOP)，确保业务一致性，提升工作效能
- Conduct regular analysis of business performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement 定期分析业务绩效数据，识别业务趋势并制定改进方案
- Other reasonable duties as assigned 完成上级交办的其他合理工作 Requirements需求:
- High proficiency in English 具备优秀的英语运用能力
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field; or equivalent related professional experience 本科及以上学历，专业不限（旅游管理等相关领域优先），或具备同等专业工作经验
- Over 1 year of working experience in positions within hotel reservations, travel agencies, tour operators or OTA is a plus 1年以上酒店预订、旅行社、旅游运营商或OTA行业工作经验者优先
- Positive and enthusiastic team player; have high service consciousness 积极主动的团队合作者，具备高度服务意识
- Detail-oriented and fast learning capability 注重细节且学习能力强
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision 能够在最小监督下独立开展工作
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint 熟练使用Microsoft Word、Excel、Outlook及PowerPoint等办公软件
