岗位职责
The Marketing Engineer is a hybrid role that bridges global campaign strategy, marketing operations, and technical innovation. Embedded within the Global Campaign team, this role focuses on scaling campaigns across 20+ markets by leveraging AI, automation, and system-driven workflows. You will go beyond traditional campaign execution—designing tools, agents, and data-driven mechanisms to improve efficiency, enable localization at scale, and unlock new growth opportunities. Working closely with supply, regional ops teams, and BI, you will help transform campaign operations into a more intelligent, scalable, and productized system.

Technical & AI Capability Basic programming skills (e.g. Python) with the ability to build prototypes and workflows Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Claude Code), agents, and data pipelines; ability to apply them in real business scenarios Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on system design and scalability Marketing & Business Understanding Experience in global marketing, campaign operations, or growth roles (travel/e-commerce preferred) Strong understanding of multi-market dynamics, localization needs, and campaign mechanics Ability to balance automation vs. human judgment in marketing decisions Mindset & Collaboration Structured thinker with strong ownership and execution ability Proactive in identifying inefficiencies and turning them into scalable solutions Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills
